03How We Use Your Information
Providing your personalised report
We use your birth details to perform calculations and generate your requested report. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
Generating personalised interpretations
Calculated chart information may be processed using our software and artificial-intelligence systems to generate or refine written interpretations. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
Accounts, purchases and legal records
We process account and transaction information to provide access, administer purchases, answer enquiries and meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Lawful bases: contract and legal obligation.
Security and improvement
We may process technical information to protect the Services, detect misuse, fix errors and improve usability. Where possible, we use aggregated or de-identified information. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services.
Marketing
Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending electronic direct marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time. Lawful basis: consent where legally required.
04Astrology and Other Personalised Data
Information such as your date, time and place of birth may reveal detailed information about you when combined with other information. We use it only for the purposes described in this Policy.
Interpretive conclusions are produced for personal insight and should not be treated as clinical, medical, psychological or scientific assessments.
We do not intentionally use astrological or numerological interpretations to make decisions about eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, healthcare or other services producing legal or similarly significant effects.
05Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
We use artificial-intelligence and automated technology as part of report generation. Calculated chart information may be provided to OpenAI to:
- explain calculated results;
- identify patterns across calculation systems;
- structure reports;
- generate personalised written interpretations; and
- improve readability.
Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we require appropriate data-protection arrangements. We do not use automated processing to make decisions about you which produce legal or similarly significant effects.
06Payment and Communications Providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy documentation. We ordinarily receive confirmation of payment and transaction details rather than complete card details.
We may use Resend to deliver account and service emails. The information needed to deliver those communications may be processed by that provider.

- artificial-intelligence processing providers;
- payment processors;
- email and communications providers;
- analytics and website-security providers;

Providers processing information on our behalf may process it only for the relevant authorised purposes.
08International Transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom.
Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps required by applicable law. These may include an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another legally permitted transfer mechanism. You can request information about safeguards used for a particular provider.
